20000128: Using /p tag



Steve,

As I mentioned in my message yesterday, you need pqing from LDM 5.0.9.
The LDM product identifier with the PIL tag comes from pqing, not pqact-
so upgrading to pqact from 5.0.9 is not sufficient. You need the 5.0.9
distribution with contains the pqing additions to supply the PIL tag
on the identifier.
