20000128: Using /p tag

Steve,

I ran pqing here with the feedtype specified as PPS and found afos tags
created for those products which contained the pils:

/tmp% pqing -f PPS -q test.pq -v -l - testme.raw
Jan 28 19:40:17 pqing[2952]: Starting Up
Jan 28 19:40:17 pqing[2952]: FILE "testme.raw"
Jan 28 19:40:17 pqing[2952]: Creating AFOS-like pil tags
Jan 28 19:40:17 pqing[2952]:      132 20000128194017.445     PPS 252  SAUS43
KCYS 281839 /pMTRBFF
Jan 28 19:40:17 pqing[2952]:      127 20000128194017.446     PPS 255  SAUS45
KPIH 281839 /pMTRPIH
Jan 28 19:40:17 pqing[2952]:      294 20000128194017.446     PPS 277  FTUS43
KDTX 281840 AAA /pTAFDTW
Jan 28 19:40:17 pqing[2952]:      127 20000128194017.446     PPS 296  SAUS43
KLBF 281840 /pMTRLBF

You should notice that you see the line "Creating AFOS-like pil tags" in your
verbose log messages
when you start up pqing. If you don't see that message, then verify that the
correct pqing version
is the one being executed. The PPS pattern is in the pqing.c line 516 check for
what feedtypes
to check the pil pattern on:
         if ((feedtype & DDS)||(feedtype & PPS)||(feedtype & IDS))
              {
              usePil = 1;
              uinfo("Creating AFOS-like pil tags\0");
              }

>>As I mentioned in my message yesterday, you need pqing from LDM 5.0.9.
>>The LDM product identifier with the PIL tag comes from pqing, not pqact-
>>so upgrading to pqact from 5.0.9 is not sufficient. You need the 5.0.9
>>distribution with contains the pqing additions to supply the PIL tag
