Re: 20000128: LDM Build using gcc on IRIX64-6.5

FYI  I fixed the ldm-5.0.9.tar.Z release to have the pqact.c file.  I
guess it was renamed to pqact.old in my confusion. At least the release
wasn't wrong for a long time, I only changed it last FRI to have the PILS 
on the HDS feed.
