2000421: Downstream feed of NOAAPORT data



Gregg,
Actually, a modification is needed:
request HDS     "^([^GHIOSYZ]|S[^D]|SD..[^59]|SD..9[^7])"

The other example that had SD..[^5] and SD..[^9] will actually allow
all SD products since the SDUS5's are not in the SD..9's.

Generally, the data should trickle out to the downstream machine as it arrives
unless you have some other process that is slowing things down, or a 
particullarly
large product that arrives in a BLOCk data transmission.
