Re: 20010928: IDD topology to NCSU

Hi Mike,

Glad to hear your failover is at least behaving properly, and your NEXRAD
feed.

We often need to re-visit feeds as new lines are developed, and as
students return to campuses.

Definately switch to Penn State if it is working better for you, that is
the function of your failover feed. If it appears as if FSU is never (or
seldom) delivering timely data we can make Penn your primary and find a
more approprite feed for your new failover. The internet is rather
dynamic so we often make changes, keep us posted and we will do all we can
to insure timely data delivery.

I do not think FSU is overburdened, but the lines between you and FSU may
be. If this persists for another week we should find you another feed to
replace FSU.

Please keep me posted..

Thank you,

-Jeff
