Hi again, Justin,

I've been assuming you're trying to set up exactly the same situation as you 
had with version 5.0.5 - is that right?  If so, I suspect something has changed 
with pqing since you last upgraded your ldm.  pqing was written for FOS 
products.  We take our NOAAPORT products and add control characters so that 
they will look like FOS products so pqing will handle them.  And, one other 
possibility, if pqing is feeding from a text stream, like DDS, PPS, or IDS, and 
it finds a "binary" character, it will most likely crash.  Products with binary 
characters must be inserted under HDS, which is the same as HRS.

What stream are you trying to insert into the queue?  Under what feed type?

Something to try: you can get more information from pqing by running it in 
debug mode.  When you invoke it, include the -x option, and log to the screen 
with "-l -".

If all else fails, send me a sample of your data stream and I'll take a look at 
it.
