Hi Jimmy,

These results are discouraging.  It seems as if small products can make
it through while large products can't, although I wouldn't be surprised
if you're also missing some of the small products since packet loss
seems to be the problem.  Tom and I did some further tests with ping
sending a bunch of large packets to simulate the transmission of a large
product.  The results supported this hypothesis. 

We think the only option left for us is to login to your machine where
we can look around and maybe do some tests.  If this is ok with you,
please send us the information necessary to get in to both the ldm and
root accounts.  Please send this info to me directly and disguise it
appropriately.  (Beware of traffic sniffers.)
