The Meeting and Travel Coordinator's work supports the following Unidata funding proposal focus areas:

Community Outreach and Services

Participation in the following:

  • Providing support to assist the Users and Policy Committee members
    as well as staff members in their travel, hotel, and catering
    arrangements for meetings.

Ongoing Efforts

Plan to continue the following activies:

  • Staying abreast of new travel regulationsand changes
  • Collaborating with Training Workshop Coordinator to assist in planning
    of Training Workshop

New Activities

  • Plan to organize and take part in the Users Workshop 2012
