Recent accomplishments on the community portal include improvements to site search, internal reporting improvements (download stats and site errors), and the introduction of a dynamic site map.
In our last status, we reported the formation of a new internal committee to assist in directing our efforts on the Community Portal. Since that time, the committee has helped to identify several high-priority tasks that are currently being worked on. These tasks include the implementation of a new home page design, changes to the registration form and supporting logic, and documentation to assist staff with general use of the site.

This was presented as a first step towards community collaboration and was well received. If community interest continues, this should justify the creation of more collaboration tools and methods in the future.
