Recent Additions to the Library
- Case Study 043: Colorado Fire/Kansas Severe Weather 10-13 June, 2002 [UPC Case]
- Case Study 044: Fall Tornado Outbreak 10-13 November, 2002 [UPC Case]
- Case Study 045: Presidents Day Blizzard, 14-17 February, 2003 (available soon)[UPC Case]
Additions to the Library since Policy Committee Meeting 27-28 February
- Community Contributed Case 001: Florida Fire Weather : 19-22 June 1998 [Contributed by Arlene Laing (USF) via COMET grant]
- A major task of the case study project is adding new decoder capabilities.
- Creating THREDDS-like access and ADDE-like access to these datasets.
- These decoders have been installed and tested on the CODIAC system, for use with case study data. They are currently available for the newly released cases and will be added to the previous cases.

Future
- Currently working on the next UPC case "Presidents Day Blizzard, Feb 15-17 2003".
- COMET is currently re-evaluating the Case Study project to determine the extent to which collaboration is feasible. Currently it remains undetermined due to staffing changes.
- Continue to encourage our user community for input regarding new case study material,
lab exercises and curriculum development for the cases developed at the UPC.
