Ray,
I updated the awips2-server group to install the package that was missing.
For you and anyone else who has installed "awips2-server", this is the fix:
yum --enablerepo=awips2repo clean metadata
yum groupupdate awips2-server
Similarly, the command "yum install awips2-edex-hydro" will get you there,
but the awips2repo metadata should be refreshed.
