I've seen this sometimes occur in the NCP when switching to World CED
projection. I'm not sure of the cause but I know NCEP is aware of it.
It'll likely be solved in a future release, if it hasn't been solved in
14.3 or 14.4 already. Possible solution in the meantime is to change
projection / area to see if it goes away.
