Keith,
while I do not know how to fix the issue with ldm-6.12.6, there is a workaround
you can use in order to get LDM functionality back. I had to do this as well
until the current LDM package is fixed.
Run the following as root user:
yum remove awips2-ldm-6.12.6-1.noarch
yum install awips2-ldm-6.11.5-23.noarch
This will install the previous version of LDM, and that should bring you back
online for the time being.
