I know we've had problems recently with model ingests on the cloud server, but 
apparently now both the NAM is completely missing and the global GFS only has 
two datapoints, both in the past. The RAP13 and CONUS-GFS appear to be 
functioning normally.

Is there a reason for this change? Or is there another problem with the server?
