We've been experiencing technical difficulties with the edex-cloud server
this weekend.  I've disabled the GFE server components for now since they
were contributing to an overloaded system, but I don't believe the GFE
scripts were the specific reason the server is going down, but I'm looking
into it.  Just be warned that it may happen again.
