   - There is a new Unidata e-mail list for users of Python

   - There are a couple of interesting AMS Short Courses at the January AMS
   annual meeting

   - You can try out a Docker container version of the IDV

   - Several members of the Unidata Program Center staff will be presenting
   at the AGU meeting in San Francisco
