idd.aos.wisc.edu is back up and serving data with a whopping 72 Gb queue
size. We should be able to hold at least an hours worth of everything
coming through now. I'll keep an eye on things and make sure that it
doesn't adversely affect other aspects of our data ingest and relay.
Have a good weekend, all!

All,
I need to increase the memory on idd.aos.wisc.edu to better facilitate
the distribution of the 0.25 deg GFS data. The new memory just came
in, and I'd like to get it installed during a lull in the overall data
feed, the next of which should be after today's 12 UTC model cycle
comes in.
I plan to shut down idd.aos.wisc.edu around 1PM or a little after
Central time (just over an hour from now) to install the new RAM. If
all goes well, the outage should be no more than 15 or 20 minutes.
I'll shoot out an email once it's back up and serving data again.
