Hiya,

metar2nc was modified because some station enter the runway data
differently that caused the data to be used as temperature data instead.
This format  was only used by a few stations but I wanted to release a
fix.

ldmConnect now uses the extension on the inProgress file, this allows
differentiation of entries in the pqact file using the same directory.

Both metar2nc and ldmConnect are in the decoders directory of the
anonymous ftp.
