Decoders Release

Hiya,

I'm pleased to release the decoders package 2.3.7.  The release contains
minor modifications to the metar decoder to insert reports into the correct
files instead of the rawmetar files. gribtonc was modified to recognize new
suffixes for the ruc2 model. ruc2.cdl was updated with the new variables
starting in Jan 2000. The buoy decoder was modified to get the year correct,
00 instead of 09. Also, the decoders testing was updated to the year 2000.

2.3.7 2000-02-15        Added suffixes in levels.(c|h) for the ruc2 vars.
                       Updated the ruc2.cdl for the new vars.
                       More Y2K fixes for the metar2nc decoders.
                       fixed test.pl for 2000, and update testdata.wmo
                       for decoders.
2.3.6 y2k fixes in all the perl decoders. Upperair decoder now uses the awips cdl, called raob.cdl, changed upperair/Makefile.in to include raob.cdl, modified test.pl for upperair. grib1.h was 
                       modified to accommodate large products.  ruc2.cdl was
                        modifies for new variables, ie ssrun.


The new decoders release is accessible through anonymous ftp at:
