they are only non-graphics in that they don't produce graphical
output (and don't really need to be tied to a device drive). What
they really need is to be linked to gplt for navigation and map
projection reasons. I suppose someone with better knowledge of
gempak could trim the list of libraries in LIBINC_GF to those
needed for gplt to do its job.
