Just use the gfsmos decoder:
# Decoder for Eta MOS
#
WMO ^(FOUS4[4-9]|FOAK4[7-9]|FOPA40).*/pMET
PIPE decoders/dcgmos
-d data/gempak/logs/dcemos.log
-e GEMPAK=/usr/local/nawips/gempak
-e GEMTBL=/usr/local/nawips/gempak/tables
data/gempak/mos/YYYYMMDDHH_emos.gem
And then make an entry for the data type in $NAWIPS/gempak/tables/
config/datatype.tbl
ETAMOS $GEMDATA/mos YYYYMMDDHH_emos.gem
CAT_SFF SCAT_SFF -1 -1 -1 OFF/0/0
Hope that helps; MTA's may kludge up my text above . . . the
datatype.tbl entry is a single line.

Am I missing something or is there no GEMPAK ETA/NAM MOS decoder?
