Check your Garp_defaults file, near the bottom you'll see "model:" and it's
usually set to "eta"

Change that to "nam" or "nam212" (whatever your convention is) and you'll be
set.

I recently installed GEMPAK5.9.3 ( I used the precompiled binaries and libraries ) on a machine running on FC2. Everything appears to working fine, except for garp.
