Hi Jon..
I don't know of any - but I do know you can run GEMPAK on your PC through
a "Virtual Machine" (the Virtual Machine will allow you to run a different
Operating System in a standalone window on your Windows system). For
example I downloaded "VM Player" for free and then loaded the Fedora core
of Linux within the VM Player. Basically then I was running Linux
simultaneously with Windows - and within Linux I was easily able to
download..install.. and run GEMPAK.

Dear GEMPAK developers/users,
Is there a binary distribution of GEMPAK that could be
obtained to run on cygwin X-windows on your standard PC?
Thanks,
Jonathan
