I think at issue is that the new RFG products are compressed with bzip2
within the body . . . and it doesn't appear GEMPAK recognizes or the
flag is properly seen.

I am not getting the desired results...
I have another script combining N0R, N0Q, NET with gdradr
N0R and NET plot great !!, any of the new products are scattered..
with the Legacy product's being removed this month..
be nice if we could plot the new stuff
