[gembud] 6.2.0 on snow leopard tricky?

Is a build of gempak 6.2.0 on snow leopard the same as Kevin Tyle's build 
instructions for gempak 5.11.4 (Oct. 2010) on snow leopard?

Garp is seg faulting on Model Plan Projection model times display without  any 
other (-verbose 5 option) error. The verbose output shows the seg fault while 
reading the sample model file for grid information.

My snow leopard build of gempak 5.11.0 and Centos 5.5 linux build of 6.2.0 does 
not do this using the same data tree and Garp_defaults file.

Any thoughts?
