GEMPAK 6.8.0 is now available from the Unidata download page
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/gempak/
GEMPAK is provided as a source tarball package and as pre-built binaries
for 32-bit linux, 64-bit linux, and 32-bit SunOS (x86). The i386 and
x86_64 binary releases are RPM packages with the default installation
directory "/home/gempak" - which can be changed on the rpm install
command using "--prefix /usr/local/gempak", for example.
Updates to 6.8.0 include
