[gembud] Can DCMETR decode all METARs within a given hour?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to use DCMETR to decode METARs.  I would like the decoded file
to contain the exact time for each METAR.  However, it appears that the
most I can get is to use the -m 72 option which would allow the obs to be
grouped into 20-minute bins.  Is there a way I can tell DCMETR to keep the
original METAR report times instead?
