[gembud] Installing gempak on a RHEL7 system

Just tried following the instructions at
https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/gempak/doc/install.html to install
gempak on an RHEL7 workstation. I'm getting "No package gempak available".
In classic RH/yum nomenclature, this is a fairly unhelpful response, so I'm
hoping someone else had looked at this before.
