Hi Robert,
Fouler upper of Community GEMPAK releases here. I suspect the simple issue is
that there is no DHR entry in $GEMTBL/sat/imgtyp.tbl . From my github repo:
$ grep DHR *
imgtyp.tbl:RADAR DHR 0 255 11 2**27 1
upc_ref.tbl
$ git checkout 7.14.0
$ grep DHR *
$
I'd suggest over-writing the imgtyp.tbl with the current main branch version.
