The LDM is running on yakov, but it is unable to access mopora.cptec.inpe.br.
Here is a representative entry in yakov's ~ldm/etc/ldmd.log file:

I am also unable to 'ldmping' mopora:

It looks, therefore, like there is a problem (firewall?) on mopora.
