Hi Juan,
For questions/concerns about outages using
http://goeseast.unidata.ucar.edu, I would contact
support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
As far as getting more data from adde.ssec.wisc.edu, a
request may be placed through the datacenter
http://www.ssec.wisc.edu/contact-form/index.php?name=datacenter.
Also, there is currently a fall eclipse schedule for
GOES-13 data, so there are some images in the early
morning hours that will not be available due to solar
contamination.
http://www.ospo.noaa.gov/Operations/GOES/eclipse.html
I hope this helps.

Hi again and sorry for my delay, ok let me tell you, im
from El Salvador
and im actually using and "satepsanone.nesdis.noaa.gov"
in "PUB" datasests
respectively to get Hi-Res satellite imagery in my area,
the data in thats
servers are every 30 minutes and is ok but i noticed in
ospo the extended
CONUS till Colombia every 15 minutes and i am looking
for one server to get
these imagery, because that i decide write to idv mail
list to get an idea
what servers can use but, when i try to use
http://goeseast.unidata.ucar.edu/ in "EAST" dataset i
saw too much fails in
the imagery, if the http://adde.ssec.wisc.edu/ server
cand update the
config to extended CONUS will be great.
Thanks.

Hi Juan,
I could try to find out an answer to this, better than
my first answer.
However, could you tell me which datasets you are
accessing on
adde.ssec.wisc.edu?
For example, on adde.ssec.wisc.edu, the *Dataset*
selection: RTIMAGES
has an *Image Type*: GOES-East/West VIS Composite,
which does extend to
Colombia.
However, also on adde.ssec.wisc.edu, the *Dataset*
selection: GINIEAST
has an *Image Type: *GINI 1 km VIS East CONUS which
only shows a smaller
CONUS region.
Why these are different, I don't know the whole story
and will have to ask
someone who knows more about this. Perhaps if you could
let me know what
*Dataset* selection you are choosing and what *Image
Type *you are
choosing, the answer can be found for you.
Thanks,
Joleen

Hi Juan,
What server are you using? When I used
goeseast.unidata.ucar.edu, and
adde.ssec.wisc.edu, I am seeing the extended sector.
However, Northern
Hemisphere Extended might provide more complete coverage
of Colombia.
