Hi Jim,
We received the 0000 UTC file for today, though it came in
at 1030 UTC (normally 0130 UTC). The 1200 UTC came in at its
normal 1330 UTC time. Perhaps things are back to normal now . . .
we'll see if the 1500 UTC rolls in at its normal time. We experienced
a similar loss of these files yesterday.
