THE AWIPS SBN SIGNAL STRENGTH CONTINUES TO BE LOW AT THIS POINT IN TIME. WHAT
WAS ORIGINALLY THOUGHT TO BE WEATHER RELATED HAS TURNED OUT TO BE ANOTHER
PROBLEM. CURRENTLY NO SITES ARE LOSING DATA, THE SIGNAL IS JUST A BIT LOWER
THAN NORMAL. NCF IS WORKING WITH CSC (FORMERLY DYNCORP) TO RESOLVE THE SIGNAL
STRENGTH ISSUE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE IN THIS MATTER.
