20030827: CONDUIT Problem

Kevin,

As you mentioned, NCEP had to shut down the supercomputers last night.
The runs that were available were available from backup sources
(eg AFWA MM5 instead of ETA, RUC from FSL etc). Only a subset of output is
typically available, and not via the system that provides data to the LDM
source of the CONDUIT feed.

We'll inquire as to what could be done to make the replacement data
sources available to the CONDUIT feed in the absence of NCEP data.
