Is that only for GOES-WEST? GOES-EAST put outs 4km WV.
Thanks to my Theraflu buzz, I forgot to simply do this:
notifyme -vxl- -f NIMAGE -o 3600 -h noaaport.admin.niu.edu
Amongst the barrage of products, I see:
Oct 20 21:03:28 notifyme[7183] INFO: c2d1c02c4e5fd56008bf43ffc5111f54
106697 20101020205457.421 NIMAGE 225233 satz/ch2/GOES-11/WV/20101020
2045/WEST-CONUS/8km/ TIGW05 KNES 202045
It's 8 KM. We'll add the "8" to our pqact. GOES-11 is the older satellite.
GOES-EAST has the 4 KM water vapor. Thanks, Larry, for jarring my memory,
reminding me, and confirming it with that product listing above.
Just saw Jeff's confirmation as well. Thanks guys!
