[ldm-users] NOAAport interference update

Looks like Galaxy-15 is causing a little bit of interference
right now, but not enough to hurt anything. See:

SUBJECT - GALAXY-15 MITIGATION UPDATE

COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE AWIPS SATELLITE
PROVIDER TODAY HAS CONFIRMED THE RISK
FROM THE GALAXY 15 -ROGUE- SATELLITE
CURRENTLY TRAVERSING THE SES1 ORBITAL
POSITION WILL CEASE ON DECEMBER 18TH.

RECONFIGURATION OF THE AWIPS SBN DATA
FLOW BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION
WILL BEGIN THIS SUNDAY.

DEC 19TH - 0500Z
THE TEMPORARY MASTER GROUND STATION MSG
CONFIGURATION WILL BE REMOVED AND THE
AWIPS NOAAPORT-SBN UPLINK WILL BE
RETURNED TO THE BACKUP MGS STATION
LOCATED IN FAIRMONT WV.

DEC 20TH 1515Z
THE AWIPS UPLINK WILL BE RETURNED TO
THE PRIMARY MGS LOCATED IN HAUPPAUGE NY.

THE RETURN OF THE AWIPS NOAAPORT SBN
OPERATIONS TO THE BACKUP MASTER GROUND
STATION IN FAIRMONT WV OR TO THE PRIMARY
MASTER GROUND STATION IN HAUPPAUGE NY IS
NOT EXPECTED TO CAUSE ANY INTERRUPTIONS.
ANY PRODUCTS IMPACTED DURING THE
TRANSITION WILL BE RETRANSMITTED.
