Michael James has already done the needed development, and the N0Q national
composites have been generated in a test mode since December. When these
composites should replace (or add to) the existing N0R national composites
will undoubtedly be one of the topics of discussion at the upcoming
Unidata User's Committee meeting (April 11-12).
