Yes, as the FTP server data feed will be down as well. This thing will
take out everybody, from the big boys at Accu-Weather and WSI, etc with
fiber connections (all Family of Services will be out), all the way to
NOAAport and EMWIN users, so everybody takes the hit. But this upgrade
is great news, much needed and much welcomed.
