Looks like it. Last time this happened one of the upstream LDM sites
had a porked queue and we had to isolate them (eg: stop feeding) until
said LDM site got around to fixing it.
Trying to figure out who's doing it without Gilbert :) He could
figure it out in minutes, but he's off camping or something.
