So...after I put in the new PID's into the LDM, I checked
my ldmd.log and noticed this:

As it turns out, the LDM doesn't support two of the new NOAAport channels.
I alerted Steve Emmerson, who confirmed the bug, and he is in the process
of testing a fix right now. From the dev site:
