NOAA Weather Radio is also affected. They can manually override and do a live
broadcast for warnings, but the routine broadcasts now are just the hazardous
weather outlook, and the latest zone forecast. Once those expire, all that will
be broadcast is a station ID, endlessly.
Here are the feeds down as I have it:
NOAAport
EMWIN
NOAA Weather Wire
Web sites/FTP (data, not the HTML pages for the web sites)
NOAA Weather Radio (unless there is a manual override, which can be done). On
my NOAA Weather Radio, all I am hearing is an old hazardous weather outlook and
this morning's zone forecast. Once they expire, all I will hear is a station
ID, endlessly repeated, again, unless the local office starts doing the obs on
their own. But they can't see them anyway, so...)
Feeds that are up:
MRMS
Level 2 radar
Family of Services (I thought this was no longer operational?)
FAA NADIN, so if you get that feed directly, METARs are available...except for
a handful still routed through the NWS
All of these feeds bypass the NCF. Of course, lightning data is up from the
private vendors, as is

Just got word that both core routers at the NCF have crashed. More to come...
