I think TIRC is CONUS, TIRU is hemispheric and TIRP is perhaps Puerto Rico. Not
sure what all of the trailing PAA, PAB, etc for each channel is..

I'm confused. I'm seeing TIRC, TIRP and TIRU. TIR is large-scale imagery, but
in the tables I've seen A2 doesn't seem to have an entry for C or U. I've not
looked at TIRP quite yet. TIRU data from Daryl's dataset (thanks, Daryl!) seems
to be missing a semiminor axis piece.
IF I read the SBN info properly, I think I'm looking for TIRS, for CONUS
large-scale ABI data.
