disseminating Level 3 data. My dish, IDD and other sources are all blank. 
NCEP's servers seem fine (<a href="https://radar3pub.ncep.noaa.gov/"; 
target="_blank">https://radar3pub.ncep.noaa.gov/</a>) which is contradictory to 
what happened just this morning when NCEP's (NEXRAD2 and NEXRAD3) public data 
was missing yet we were still receiving it 
downstream.<br></div><div><br></div><div>Just a heads up.<br></div></div>
