I don't believe it is (fiber cut) as I am able to access other UK and EU sites
with no issues, but it also depends on a specific fiber . . .

Hello everyone,
I am seeing that https://www.ecmwf.int<https://www.ecmwf.int/>, and their data
stores, appear to be completely offline as of 15:45Z, and have been since about
13Z. Does anyone know if this is planned maintenance, or something else?
