Here is the latest word regarding use of LEAD for testing purposes. 
Many thanks to all for continuing the testing, particularly tomorrow when we 
expect the namelist editor to be available.

Many thanks to the IU team for their efforts to get LEAD back on-line in a 
fully functional manner.

Hi All,

After a long wait, the production data capacitor is back online with all
LEAD data being safe and with lots of back up power to avoid future
crisis.

In the last few days we have seen that in reasonable load there were
lots of gridftp failures in getting back the data from mercury and
tungsten, so we will focus our testing tonight on shared file system and
run workflows on. We are going to schedule a down time for LEAD Portal
from today (24th) 8pm (ET) to 6am tomorrow (25th).
