I have a student doing a paper on comparing model performance from the blizzard 
of 1993 and the blizzard of 2006. Unfortunatley the NCDC nomads site has 
forecast model data on the NAM, GFS, and RUC but the data only goes back to 
2005.  Do anybody know if and where we can get forecast model data that goes 
back to 1993?  Help is appreciated, thanks.
