[needdata] NEXRAD, Level-II, Guam... Aug-Sep 2008

The Level-II archives (both NCDC engines) that I've unearthed appear to end in February 2002 for Guam.
I've got a user looking for some fairly recent ( Aug-Sep 2008 ) data that is not retained here at UW. 

Anyone?
