Re: [needdata] Wilma WRF runs

The comparisons should be instructive, though.

Jeff, additional thought: I may have MM5 runs from then, and can rerun 12km WRF.

Jeff,

Why don't you just run the model yourself?
You have the WRF EMS and I have the initialization files (ECMWF, NAM, NARR, and possibly the GFS).

Running the case with current technology will produce a far better data set than anything run in 2005.

If necessary I can run the case for you.

Hello,

We are working on a case study regarding the rapid intensification of Wilma (Atlantic 2005). Does anyone have WRF (or MM5 or WS-ETA) runs from this event? We are looking for 10/18/12Z 2005 -> 10/19/12Z 2005.

Thank you,

Jeff
