Don,
You should be able to get this data from the UW Madison AOS THREDDS server.
https://thredds.aos.wisc.edu/thredds/catalog/grib/NCEP/GFS/Global_0p25deg/GFS_Global_0p25deg_20200110_0000.grib2/catalog.html
It's going to be all one big file with all forecast data/times in it, but you
can probably parse it down to inidividual times with wgrib2 if you need to.
That file will be up for 3 or 4 days yet, but if you can't grab it by then, I
can save a copy offline for you before it's deleted.

Subject: [needdata] Looking for GFS .25 degree forecasts for 20200111_0000
forecasts
Hi-
I'm wondering if someone has a copy of the GFS pgrb2 products for
20200111 OOZ run from CONDUIT. The files have been rotated off the NCEP
NOMADS server and NCEI is only archiving the .5 degree data. We've bee
getting this via LDM, but had an outage for that time.
We are using this in support of the ATOMIC field campaign.
Thanks.
Don
