Hi Matt,
The Java NEXRAD Tools package allows the export of Level-III (NIDS) and
Level-II NEXRAD data to common GIS formats such as Shapefile, ASCII
Grid, Gridded NetCDF and GeoTIFF. The data export tool can be run with
a GUI or command-line.
